Need Help Finding Your Size? 

Determine your size by slipping into your favourite undergarments and measuring directly on your body. Consult our size guide and product features for the perfect fit.

Measuring guide

Front Length: Take a tape measure and start from top of your shoulder and extend it down to the length listed in the size chart.

Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest. Typically, 2-3 centimetres below your underarm.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.

Inseam Length: Measure from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle.

Body Length: Measure from the shoulder down to your crotch.

    Elastic String Broke

    Like several other customers, the elastic string on my onesie broke after only a few wears. It looks like this is quite a common problem with this model - they've tried to be clever with the design but actually it's a real weakness.

    The onesie itself is quite nice and warm, but it is very expensive for what it is. The quality doesn't match the price, even on sale. Also customer service is appallingly slow; it took nearly two weeks to get a response to my first email reporting the fault, then another week for the next reply.

    I've decided to ask for a refund rather than a replacement, because between the poor product quality and slow customer service, this company doesn't live up to the hype or social media saturation. I suspect I'll be waiting a long time for the refund though, given how long it takes to get communication from them.

    Okay but there is room for improvement

    I got this after Christmas because they were new and had a good sale . Once it came it was fine and I absolutely loved it but now it has ripped at the front and the string at the back has broke so it doesn’t tighten anymore . I haven’t had it long and I don’t wear it a lot so i don’t know if others have had this problem but I am not the biggest fan of the back because the string is just not durable
