Need Help Finding Your Size? 

Determine your size by slipping into your favourite undergarments and measuring directly on your body. Consult our size guide and product features for the perfect fit.

Measuring guide

Front Length: Take a tape measure and start from top of your shoulder and extend it down to the length listed in the size chart.

Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest. Typically, 2-3 centimetres below your underarm.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.

Inseam Length: Measure from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle.

Body Length: Measure from the shoulder down to your crotch.

    Excellent customer service

    I have the fluffy dressing gown which i got in size s/m which fits perfectly so ordered this one in same size which i thought would fit but when i put on it seemed to fit so took tag off and got rid of bag as thought it be OK but after wearing once and relaxing on sofa it would not rap round and felt uncomfortable and i new then it was to tight. So thought i would contact customer service and they said to return and i could have a exchange but didn't expect to have the replacement sent the day after i sent it back and it has come in the l/xl and fits perfectly like my fluffy one. I was just amazed that within 5 days i have the replacement. I thought i would have to wait for them to receive it back so thank you to customer services for the help as now happy. Would have been better if we had a code that could be scanned at post office instead of having to print it as we all don't have printer but it was easy enough to do at library but that just me lol.The dressing gown perfect for summer but check your size as it not as big as fluffy ones as i like to wrap around even going up a size it don't feel huge but is a lovely dressing gown thin enough for when we have hot weather and the fluffy one to hot and colour lovely.

    Disappointed.

    For the feel and comfort, It would get 5 stars but the overall fit it's a 3. I ordered the largest size cos I love the way wrap round dressing gowns wrap round and figure it would give that little more of a wrap round feel. I would normally get the Large. So glad I didn't. While I love the feel and colour and its perfect for summer it doesn't wrap round well. I wouldn't want to take it to hospital for example cos it doesn't give the feel of being covered enough. The top is but the bottom gaps open way to much. Even going out early to water the garden I don't feel covered enough. It will still be great to wear in summer. But if you are a little bigger and are looking for the full wrap round feel that a hotel robe will give you be aware you will probably need to buy the biggest size and it will still probably not wrap as much. (If I normally bought Medium then this one would probably work good but if I was a normal 2XL it wouldn't give the coverage you are expecting).

    on the plus side it is really cool on, and the colour is so good and my cat is in love with her new toy the ribbon which she thinks is the best toy ever.
