How to Measure



Need Help Finding Your Size? 

Determine your size by slipping into your favourite undergarments and measuring directly on your body. Consult our size guide and product features for the perfect fit.

Measuring guide

Front Length: Take a tape measure and start from top of your shoulder and extend it down to the length listed in the size chart.

Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest. Typically, 2-3 centimetres below your underarm.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.

Inseam Length: Measure from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle.

Body Length: Measure from the shoulder down to your crotch.

    Nice robe but bad customer service

    I received this robe November 8. It was well packed and is soft with vibrant color. However, I had multiple issues with the belt. The button hole was very off center, the sewing was crooked which made the belt twist, and it was all pink, not white and pink as shown in the photos. I sent an email to customer service and was given a few options as a solution, which I appreciated. I chose the option to return the robe in exchange for a new one. They apparently sent me a label to use for the return, which again, is very appreciated!! The problem is I did not receive the label. I searched my junk folder and entire email and it's nowhere. I've messaged back and forth with the customer service rep and they simple continue to tell me they sent the label. It's been three weeks of this... I explain I have completed scoured my email and it's not there and ask if there's another way I can get the label or return the item, they belatedly reply and say it's sent, and this process has repeated for about 18 emails. I'm so sick of this and I'm extremely frustrated. I don't understand how there can't be another way to get me the label, or provide me the address and a refund for my shipping, or some other way for me to return the defective product... This has been the worst and slowest customer service experience I've ever had and the issue still isn't resolved. I'm losing hope it ever will be... The item is nice, but for the price I would have expected better quality control and better…
