Materials & Care

You can find all care instructions on the inner care tag of your Oodie, however standard care options for our Oodies are as follows:
  • Hand / machine wash using cold to warm water (40°c maximum is suggested)
  • If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
  • Use only very mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Avoid mixing with other colours
  • Do not iron
If you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of the Oodie for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

Shipping & Returns

We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

Finding Your Dog’s Fit?

The process is easy! Just follow these simple steps outlined below. Don't forget to keep some treats close by for extra encouragement! 

How to measure your dog

Chest measurement:

Take the tape measure and measure the widest section behind their front legs (the widest part of their chest).

Back measurement:

Start at the base of your dog’s neck and extend the measurement all the way to where their tail starts at the top.

We recommend sizing up if your dog is in-between sizes.

    Incorrect sizing

    Despite measuring my pup this did not fit. Of course I needed to remove the hang tags to try it on her, which apparently means it cannot be returned. Despite having all of the packaging, ribbon and tags, I am not able to return it.............

    Sizing needs work

    I got a medium like it recommend, and it still fits tight around my dogs chest and front legs. I had to take it off her , she was having trouble walking.

    My girl George loves it!

    I got the XLP, I feel likes it's a touch small, but that isn't a bad thing- it keeps the fabric close to her chest and belly.

    She's enjoying going out in the snow with it, she stays out a little longer. She's part husky so she loves the cold but since she's getting older, so she gets cold quickly, even in the house. She wears in and outside now lol.

    Good but need bigger sizes!

    Cosy and warm. Now I did buy the biggest size even after seeing the measurements were way too small for my dog. Couldn't resist a Black Friday deal. Luckily my German Shepherd likes crop tops 😂 but sizes for the actual Extra Large Plus dogs would be great!
