We love our Oodies. This was a gift for my Port Power mad father. As usual excellent quality. They even replaced my order at no cost when Australia post lost my original order. I can't tell you how happy I am for this service. Was meant to be for Fathers Day but due to the stuff up got here late. No complaints here though.

The Oodie that I bought had a hole in it, so I emailed customer service and they got back to me within 15-20 at 10:30pm! They replaced the Oodie and was allowed to keep the damaged one. Can't fault how quick and friendly staff were.
