Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, and standard delivery takes about 2-8 business days after dispatch.

If an item in your order has an estimated shipping date, the entire order will be sent together on that date.

You’ve got 30 days to return your order on our online return portal, and return shipping costs are simply deducted from your refund.

FAQS

What if my items can’t fit inside one box?

Each gift box is perfectly sized for one Oodie™ Original, Dressing Gown or Sherpa Blanket. If you order multiple items and select gift boxing, we’ll simply pack each eligible item in its own gift box.

What if I order multiple items with gift boxing?

If you’ve selected gift boxing, each eligible item in your order will be packed in its own gift box – so every piece arrives ready to gift.

What will my order look like when it arrives?

Your item will arrive inside our signature Oodie gift box, ready to give. For delivery, we place the gift box inside a delivery satchel to keep it safe in transit. 

If you’ve added a message, we’ll send it digitally via email and/or SMS. 

How can I recycle the box?

Our gift boxes are made from 100% recyclable cardstock. Simply flatten the box and place it in your household recycling.

What if I need to return the gift?

No stress. Gifted items can still be returned in line with our returns policy. If you’re sending directly to someone else, we recommend sharing your order details with them just in case.
