    Materials & Care

    You can find all care instructions on the inner care tag of your Oodie, however standard care options for our Oodies are as follows:
    • Hand / machine wash using cold to warm water (40°c maximum is suggested)
    • If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
    • Use only very mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
    • Do not tumble dry
    • Avoid mixing with other colours
    • Do not iron
    If you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of the Oodie for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

    Shipping & Returns

    We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

    Need Help Finding Your Size? 

    Determine your size by slipping into your favourite undergarments and measuring directly on your body. Consult our size guide and product features for the perfect fit.

    Measuring guide

    Front Length: Take a tape measure and start from top of your shoulder and extend it down to the length listed in the size chart.

    Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest. Typically, 2-3 centimetres below your underarm.

    Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

    Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.

    Inseam Length: Measure from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle.

    Body Length: Measure from the shoulder down to your crotch.

      My sister's Oodie

      After the first package failed to arrive, the second one did quickly after Oodie support dispatched it. My sister loves her Oodie and has worn it every day since it arrived. It is keeping her toasty warm and she has even been able to turn down the heat a notch so she is saving money on heat bills too.

      So so happy

      At first I was a little concerned because it arrived later then my other oodies I ordered in the same order but it turned out ok and now I’m way wayyyy too obsessed I live in that thing the second I come home and dread taking it off
