Materials & Care

You can find all care instructions on the inner care tag of your Oodie, however standard care options for our Oodies are as follows:
  • Hand / machine wash using cold to warm water (40°c maximum is suggested)
  • If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
  • Use only very mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Avoid mixing with other colours
  • Do not iron
If you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of the Oodie for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

Shipping & Returns

We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

How to Measure



Need Help Finding Your Size? 

Determine your size by slipping into your favourite undergarments and measuring directly on your body. Consult our size guide and product features for the perfect fit.

Measuring guide

Front Length: Take a tape measure and start from top of your shoulder and extend it down to the length listed in the size chart.

Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest. Typically, 2-3 centimetres below your underarm.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.

Inseam Length: Measure from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle.

Body Length: Measure from the shoulder down to your crotch.

    A hole in the underside

    I messaged when it arrived letting them know my package arrived and that there was a 5-7 cm hole in the armpit/arm area of the underside of the oodie. They responded quite quickly saying to send them some photos and the lot number which I did. I was emailed back letting me know I could keep the item and get a replacement or take a refund. I do really like the oodie, it's so big and fluffy and looks so cozy so I happily asked for a replacement and then never recieved it! It's been about 2 weeks (the original came in days). So I'm probably not getting a replacement which is unfortunate. So while it's very fluffy and large, it's getting 2 stars for being damaged upon delivery with no solution.
