2. Trace the outline of each foot. Try and be as precise as possible.

3. Once you’ve traced your feet, step off the paper and measure the length of your foot from the highest point on the toes to the lowest point on the heels.

4. Using the measurements, find your size in accordance with our size chart.

    Omg get them if you suffer from Plantar fasciitis

    I saw another review saying these helped with their Plantar fasciitis and I thought. Why not! Anything that helps.

    For me these are amazing! Definitely during the day when its too hot to wear my normal slipper boots with special Plantar fasciitis soles. These are fantastic! Cause of the velcro straps I can make them nice and tight so they wont fall and i have to use my foot to keep them on (which is why its recommended not to wear slip in shoes with PF) don't have a problem with these!

    Also nice and vibrant colour means I can easily find them!

    Plantar fasciitis help

    These are perfect for my condition I have a bad left hip and knee and foot now I have Plantar fasciitis in my right foot. These shoes relieve the pain of walking. After my shower.
