Shipping policy

Pre-Orders:
A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery - Australia:

• Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery within Australia usually takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
• Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $100.
• We primarily use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.

Shipping and Delivery - New Zealand:

• Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery within New Zealand usually takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• We use NZ Post for New Zealand deliveries, and you'll receive a NZ Post tracking number once your order is dispatched.
• Orders over $1,000 NZD may be subject to customs clearance fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Our team will contact you directly to support you through this process.

Important Notes:

• Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and shown on the product page.
• During sales and peak periods, expect extended dispatch times.

Shipping Protection:
Shipping Protection guarantees replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If you decline Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders. You can apply Shipping Protection at checkout.
