Which Oodie websites can you trust?
How does delivery work?
✔︎ We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries, and do deliver to Australia and New Zealand. For customers in Australia, shipping is free at checkout. For customers in New Zealand, we offer express shipping which is calculated at checkout.
You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days with regular post. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
If the item has a specified "ships on" date beside it in brackets this means the item is a pre-sale purchase and you will receive that item in 2 - 8 business days from this "ships on" date or 2-4 business days from this “ships on” date for express shipping.
If you have pre-ordered 2 or more items from us please note that they will be sent at the same time. This means we will wait until your full order is available and in stock to dispatch it.
If your order does not arrive within 8 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee your parcels delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. Australia Post may contact you offering safe drop - if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package.
Do you have a returns policy?
✔︎ Yes! We are so confident you will love The Oodie that we offer a 30-day snuggle trial. If you don't like the product within 30 days, we will provide a returns postage label. Please email us with your reason for returning it and, if applicable, photos of your complaint.
How do I wash and care for The Oodie?
✔︎ We like to make life easy. The Oodie is machine washable, however please ensure it's a gentle wash with very mild detergents (approved for wool/silk). If you really want to preserve the cuddliness and softness off the Oodie, hand wash it in cold water. Air-dry only.
Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?
✔︎ If you do need to change or cancel an order please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.
Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
Can I pay via Afterpay or Zip?
✔︎ Yes, however only for Australian residents.

While this is our business address, all our goods are stored and sent from a distribution centre in Minchinbury NSW.
