For maximum comfort, we recommend selecting a weight that falls approximately 1kg for every 10kg of body weight.

Hand wash preferred or cold machine wash on gentle cycle 

IMPORTANT: Please check the weight capacity of your washing machine, factoring in the additional weight of water to the item. The Item is to be air dried only.

What weight should I choose?

A good rule is to go for around 10% of your body weight.
This gives you that calm, “held” feeling without it feeling too heavy or restrictive. If you’re between weights, go lighter for a gentler feel, or heavier if you like that extra snug pressure.

It’s designed for individual use, so it comfortably covers your body without hanging too far off the bed.

    So happy with this purchase . Had been looking for a decently priced weighted blanket for a while and purchased this one in the 9kg weight and I am so happy with how it feels and the weight being evenly distributed. I like that I can make it feel heavier or lighter depending if it’s wrapped around me or just laid on top of me.
